The Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) held the 11th JIIA-KINU Conference on November 12, 2024, in Tokyo. This Conference has been held since 2014 with the Korea Institute for National Unification (KINU), the Republic of Korea (ROK).

Experts from both Japan and the ROK, headed by Mr Tomoyuki Yoshida, Chief Executive Director of JIIA and Dr Hyun Seung-soo, Vice President of KINU, participated in this discussion and exchanged views on (1) North Korea Situation: Trend Analysis and Future Outlook, (2) The International Situation in Northeast Asia and the Challenges for Japan and ROK.
